Prices may be modified at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

Shipping is included unless otherwise stated.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
SOFTNEST reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

6. Delivery

SOFTNEST cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used may not be eligible for return unless defective.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

9. Liability

SOFTNEST shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
