Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused,

  • in its original condition,

  • returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or unsealed may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
